An architect who graduates from the Milan Polytechnic, Sargiani specializes in several studios in England, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. After returning to Italy, he opens a studio and works as an architect, building private homes, residential buildings, office buildings, and industrial complexes.

He designs several products with Eija Helander, including Alessi’s famed Program 8 in 1975. This modular system revolutionizes tableware design and is still being manufactured.
Several of Sargiani’s objects are found in the permanent collections of Milan, San Paolo, Berlin, Solingen and Dusseldorf museums.
